Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://meyerslandscapingpa.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Service Description. This Site describes Landscaping, Lawn Mowing, Yard Clean-Up, Mulching, Hedge Trimming, Snow Removal provided by Meyers Landscaping. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. Meyers Landscaping (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Meyers Landscaping reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Warranty Disclaimer. Meyers Landscaping makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Meyers Landscaping arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meyers Landscaping from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by PA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in PA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Modifications. Meyers Landscaping may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
